According to the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), a business of Rs 50 thousand crore is estimated to be done across the country on the day of Dhanteras. On the day of Dhanteras, families mostly buy things like gold and silver jewellery, utensils, utensils, vehicles, clothes and electronics.
