
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday morning reached Lepcha in Himachal Pradesh to celebrate Diwali with soldiers.

Diwali: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday morning landed in Himachal Pradesh’s Lepcha to celebrate Diwali with soldiers. Earlier, reports had suggested that PM Modi will be celebrating Diwali with soldiers in Jammu. The report further added that the prime minister will celebrate Diwali this year with Indian Army soldiers in the Chumbh sector along the Line of Control in Jammu.
Since coming to power in 2014, Modi has been visiting military facilities to celebrate Diwali. In a post on ‘X’, the prime minister said, “Reached Lepcha in Himachal Pradesh to celebrate Diwali with our brave security forces.”

Earlier, Prime Minister Modi greeted people on Diwali and wished that the festival brings joy, prosperity and health to everyone’s lives. In a post on ‘X’, Modi said, “Wishing everyone a Happy Diwali! May this special festival bring joy, prosperity and wonderful health to everyone’s lives.”
