Delhi Odd Even News: In view of increasing pollution, Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) Stage 3 has been implemented in Delhi-NCR. To handle the worsening situation, Delhi government is preparing to start Odd-Even scheme. After the decision of the Supreme Court, the Delhi government will decide whether odd-even will start from November 13 or not. However, BS-3 petrol and BS-4 diesel cars have been banned in Delhi-NCR.
